Yes, we do ship worldwide. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. For most international countries our standard shipping cost is $14.99 for orders less than $100.
However, we currently do not ship to the following countries as we believe the postal service is unreliable and inconsistent.

Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, and promotions. Extended delays can also occur during the months of February-April and November-December.
As soon as your parcel is shipped, we will email you. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the postage site. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update.
Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. We do not offer express/overnight shipping at this time.

Also, please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (including apt and house numbers) as this may also delay your order from being shipped.
We recommend taking regular breaks and leaving at least 14 days between packs.
Long term use is not recommended and you should consult your GP if you intend to use our slim tea longer than directed.
If you contact us after the day you placed the order, we cannot guarantee the order can be changed or cancelled. This is partly due to the fact that most times we process orders during non business days/hours to ensure fast shipping.

If your order has already been shipped then we can't make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel. If this does happen, we won't be able to send you another parcel or make a refund.
